2015 Art Cart

The Art Cart is a free, traveling art program that provides creative,
outdoor art-making experiences to children ages 3+ and their families.
Highlights features the re-painting of the Vilas Park Shoe the week of July 14! Groups larger than 8 people are limited to one visit
