Please see below for a listing and details of the new development projects coming to Sherman Neighborhood.

Prism, 2830 Dryden Drive: Ground has broken at the Prism on Dryden Drive. This project is market rate housing being developed by the Bruns Family, owners of the Northside Town Center. The project is focused on sustainable/green building, and will have one and two-bedroom units. One bedroom apartments rent beginning at $995/month. 1212 Huxley Apartment Complex: a proposed 110-unit apartment building located near the North Transfer Point. The proposal is for an even split of senior and family housing, with affordable units targeted at 30%, 50%, and 60% of county median income.

Madisonian Apartments, 1825/1837 Aberg Ave: This project proposes 70 new apartment units for the Northside, 49 of which will be designated affordable. As of October 9, 2020, City Council is considering approval of Community Development funding for development. This article provides a brief description of the project. 

OM Village, 1901 Aberg Ave: Occupy Madison has proposed a new tiny house village for the former site of Wiggie's Bar on Aberg Ave. This project is moving quickly--OM intends to use the site to temporarily house homeless people over the winter, and will scale the project back to a more permanent tiny house village with possible cafe or other commercial use for the long term. This article shares initial information on the project.
